Getting through together

Lockdown has presented challenges for everyone. Listed below are some of the services available, especially if you have health concerns for yourself or someone you care about. 

 

Getting Through Together: The Mental Health Foundation has launched the Getting Through Together  - Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti campaign to address the specific challenges we face under the Covid-19 restrictions. The website offers a range of advice for any concerns you have about your own mental health or the mental health of a loved one.

The Fono: The Fono provides affordable services including medical, dental, pharmacy, health promotion, social services, education and Whanau Ora spread across six locations in Auckland and Northland. They are continuing to provide a number of essential services through the lockdown period.

Healthline continues to run a dedicated Helpline to answer your questions aboutCovid-19. The number is 0800 358 5453 and they have interpreters available.
