Executive Officer and Education Programme Leader Angela Gattung with Professional Learning Facilitator Camilla Cameron from Kootuitui talk to Anahila about their roles helping the Papakura community and improving the outcomes of tamariki. Based on a three strand model of Homes, Health and Education, Kootuitui’s workshops empower the community with financial literacy and technology training, learning to insulate homes, and running nurse-led, school-based health programmes.
