Bienvenidos a todos! Welcome to a show that brings together the best of Latin American and Kiwi culture. Cecilia covers it all, with hot tips, guest interviews with Latin Kiwis here and abroad, and advice to help you live your best life in Aotearoa New Zealand.

    Cecilia Lara is originally from Mexico and holds a degree in Business Administration, with extensive experience in business, human resources, and the digital world. She has lived in Auckland since 2009 with her partner, the renowned Chef Cabrera, with whom she launched Besos Latinos Restaurant, the first Latin gourmet restaurant in New Zealand, and later the award-winning Margarita Ready To Serve, a project that has gained international recognition.  Over 10 years ago, she started her own digital platform, Latinkiwi, a multiplatform space dedicated to sharing New Zealand in Spanish for the Latino community. There, she interviews entrepreneurs, musicians, dancers, and covers topics about community life. Every Wednesday at 4:25 PM, she hosts her show on Planet FM.     Ceci speaks to the creators of RITUAL, an exhibition bringing together artists with pre-Hispanic ancestral routes and exploring how their cultures converge under with Māori traditions and practices. In this first edition, Ana from Mexico and Fabiola from Chile brought together Aztec and Māori rituals along with art from emerging artists in Aotearoa and the creation of a beautiful Day of the Dead altar. RITUAL visited Auckland in November 2023.
