Vai has been producing radio programmes since 1997 and given service to temple and spiritual organisations over his years in Auckland. Born in Madras, Vai is the father of one son. He studies Vedanta, works in the IT industry and is well known among Tamils for his community activities. He is President of the Auckland Tamil Association, is a NZ qualified Education agent and operates a Subway franchise.
Gayathri loves the Tamil language and culture and is a talkative and fun loving person keen to introduce Tamil topics to a Kiwi Tamil audience. She arrived in NZ in 2014 with a Master’s in Applied Mathematics. Since then she has become mum to a toddler. Gayathri enjoys radio and brings her lively personality to air with chats, some of her favourite film music, her interest in dance and yoga.
