Polite Words

What is the difference between "Can�� and "Could�? Words are used in different cultures to say things nicely? But in some cultures the language may sound very direct or formal. This can cause problems between cultures. Kiwis like to use polite language irrespective of age, class or status. So how polite is your English speaking and writing? In this lesson you will learn some common polite words you can use that will help you make lots of friends.Hear what they are and how to use them.
