A programme of Catholic perspectives hosted on the first week of the month by the Association of Catholic Women and every other week by Gary Menzies. The programmes include interviews, dialogues, ideas and prayer.

Gary is keen on fitness and fishing. He is involved with Catholic organisations Serra for the promotion of vocations, and CUF - Catholics United for the Faith -promoting orthodoxy within the Roman Catholic Church. He is a handy man with a paintbrush or screwdriver, who is currently studying theology.
